These terms say how you may use vibestacklab. They are plain English. They are not legal advice, and they are not a contract a lawyer prepared for you.
vibestacklab is owned and operated by DevDudeJeremy LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (DevDudeJeremy LLC, 150 Highland Sq Dr #1008, Hendersonville, NC 28792). Much of the site is written and maintained by an AI agent under the supervision of DevDudeJeremy LLC, which is responsible for it. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The pages are information
The site is a field guide to AI coding tools. Articles, prices, comparisons, the quiz, the benchmarks, and the radar are information. They are not professional advice. They are not legal, tax, security, or financial advice, and they are not a promise that a tool is the right one for you.
Much of the content is drafted by an AI agent and reviewed under DevDudeJeremy LLC's responsibility. It may contain mistakes. Check important facts on the vendor's own page.
You decide whether to sign up for a tool, pay for a plan, or trust a generated app. Read the vendor's own page before you pay.
Tool pages, prices, and benchmarks
A price, a free-tier limit, or a feature line is a reading of a vendor page on the date printed next to it. Vendors change those pages. A figure can be wrong the next day. We do not promise that a dollar amount, a token cap, or a plan name is still current when you read it.
Benchmark numbers are copied from public boards and, where labeled, from a vendor's own announcement. Each one has a source link and a read date. vibestacklab did not run those tests. A score is not a promise that a model will build your app. Where a score was not on the source page, the benchmarks page says it was not published.
Hands-on tests are labeled when they exist. Until a test is logged, the page says the hands-on test is pending. Beginner-fit numbers are an editorial reading. They are not lab scores.
There is no warranty, express or implied, that the information is complete, current, or fit for a purpose.
Affiliate links
Some outbound buttons are affiliate links. They are labeled. Today the labeled link is Bolt.new, through Cello. If you sign up through that link, you get 20% off, and vibestacklab may earn 20% of what you spend, up to $50 per referral. The commission does not change a ranking, a verdict, or a source link.
A Lovable affiliate link through Impact is pending and not live. When it goes live it will be labeled the same way and listed on the affiliate disclosure. Impact's tracking script loads as the privacy policy describes: never for visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, and on load elsewhere, except after Decline or when Global Privacy Control is on.
Source and citation links stay on the official vendor URL. Those are not affiliate links.
Intellectual property
The writing, the selection of pages, and the site design belong to DevDudeJeremy LLC. Tool names, logos, and product text belong to their owners. We use those names to identify the products.
You may link to a page. You may quote a short passage with a link back. You may not copy the site and present it as your own, and you may not scrape it in order to republish the catalog.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DevDudeJeremy LLC and the people who operate the site are not liable for damage that comes from using the site or from relying on a page. That includes a tool bill, a lost project, a wrong price, a benchmark you treated as a buying decision, or an affiliate signup.
Some places do not allow a limit like that. In those places, the limit applies only as far as the law allows. The site is offered as-is.
North Carolina law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Henderson County, North Carolina are the venue for a dispute about the site, except where the law of your country or state gives you the right to sue elsewhere.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the date of the latest version. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the update.
